Cardinal Health, Inc. seeks a Pharmacy Solutions Consultant to manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing customers in the Texas region.

You will demonstrate the value of Cardinal Health’s front-end pharmacy tools, drive efficiency improvements, and coordinate implementation with the sales team to ensure customer success. The role requires evaluating customer needs, guiding planograms, and acting as the primary contact for front-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years in a consultative environment preferred but not required
• Strong business acumen preferred but not required
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint – preferred
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal; able to handle complex situations
• Ability to travel 75%+; valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a defined set of customers to achieve Cardinal Health goals
• Demonstrate value of front-end pharmacy tools and build long-term customer relationships
• Lead coordination of front-end solution implementations and document activities in the CRM
• Drive operating efficiencies for customers using appropriate front-end solutions
• Serve as primary contact for front-end solution suite selection and support
• Collaborate with the sales team and internal support to meet objectives
• Assess customers’ product needs and influence planogram discussions
• Lead customer calls and internal meetings to validate solution usage
• Prepare reports and sales materials as requested by management
