PharmcareUSA is seeking an Account Manager to support long term care pharmacy operations and hospice partnerships. This role requires travel to facilities, nights/weekends, and a vehicle.

You will manage facility relationships, perform audits, support the consulting team, and ensure accurate medication deliveries. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with matching, life insurance, FSA/HSA, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in long term care pharmacy, assisted living and hospice and/or RN/LPN preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to travel to facilities as required by job duties.

Responsabilités

• Visit multiple facilities each month to ensure quarterly visits.
• Attend or perform in-services on LinkRx and StatSafe as needed.
• Perform StatSafe audits.
• Perform Cycle Exchanges.
• Attend quarterly Performance Improvement Meetings.
• Conduct Satisfaction Surveys and assist with Grievance Logs.
• Act as point person for facilities to reach out regarding issues.
