MedWiz Solutions, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships with healthcare facilities and optimize medication management. This field role requires daily local travel and occasional overnight travel, with dependable transportation as a must.

You will be the primary liaison between facility leadership and the pharmacy, ensuring service excellence, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities to grow services and improve patient care.

Qualifications

Certified pharmacy tech (or willing to become certified) and minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, preferably in the Long Term Care or healthcare industry.
Ability to handle escalated issues with diplomacy and professionalism.
Long term care pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at facilities, acting as liaison between facility and pharmacy.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure quality care for customers.
Provide guidance to facilities on medication therapy and compliance in collaboration with clinical directors and pharmacy operations.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce new products.
Conduct training sessions for facility staff on startups and system usage.
Provide monthly onsite visits and reporting to facilities.
