Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking Healthcare or Pharma Sales Representatives to cover Fort Wayne, IN and surrounding territory. This field-based role requires 100% travel and candidates must reside within the territory.

Responsibilities include building partnerships with health care providers, delivering compliant scientific information, and logging activities in CRM. Collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager is required to reach defined sales objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and minimum 1 year sales experience in pharma/biotech or related industry
Proven ability to analyze complex sales data and develop business plans
Excellent presentation and communication skills essential to interact with HCPs

Responsibilities

Conduct office visits to establish and maintain relationships with health care providers in assigned territory
Meet defined territory and sales goals by executing sales plans
Document field activity and territory metrics in CRM systems
