Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. is expanding its national sales force and has an opening for a Healthcare or Pharma Sales Representative in the Fort Wayne, IN area. The field-based role requires 100% travel and live within the territory.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and solid sales experience in pharma/biotech. Essential qualifications include analytical skills, consultative selling, strong presentation abilities, and the ability to communicate scientific information to external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Pharma/biotech sales experience preferred; for Healthcare Sales Rep, 2+ years of sales in pharma/biotech with proven success.
• Must analyze complex sales and technical data to develop strategic business plans.
• Must conduct consultative, solutions‑oriented sales calls.
• Excellent presentation skills and experience required.
• Ability to learn, understand and communicate scientific/medical information to external customers.
• Scientific and business acumen required.
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Make office visits to establish and maintain partnerships with targeted HCPs within the assigned territory.
• Increase awareness through scientific information and educational programs for medical professionals.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to execute an integrated action plan to achieve territory and sales goals.
• Support product promotion, deliver approved messaging, and document field activity in CRM; attend meetings and ride-alongs.
