Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc, a leading U.S. biopharmaceutical company, is expanding its sales force in the Indianapolis area. This field-based role requires 100% travel and focuses on building partnerships with health care providers to promote our ADHD portfolio and branded products.

The candidate will adhere to SOPs, report adverse events and product quality concerns, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute territory plans and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to SOPs, policies and compliance; responds to sales inquiries and reports Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs).
• Conducts office visits to establish, develop and maintain successful business partnerships with targeted health care providers (HCPs) and staff within assigned geographical territory; increases awareness through scientific information and education for medical professionals.
• Collaborates with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to implement a defined action plan for the territory to achieve sales goals; aligns with sales & marketing strategies to identify opportunities and prescribers.
• Promotes the company portfolio of branded products, delivers approved messaging with accuracy and compliance; records field activity in CRM and participates in team meetings and ride-alongs.
