• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Service homes and protect environments from pests.
• Inspect residences to determine presence and severity of infestations.
• Create diagrams and graphs showing infestation details and locations.
• Discuss work with customers and provide sales solicitations.
• Coordinate activities with office staff and submit paperwork daily.
• Assist with equipment ordering and supplies; manage reports and callbacks.
• Determine costs, estimate crew time, and schedule work.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles in safe condition.
