Job summary

Clark Pest Control in California is seeking energetic Pest Service Technicians to service homes and surrounding areas outdoors, with autonomy and pride in protecting people and property.

You will inspect residential structures, determine infestation levels, and plan treatments. You’ll discuss work with customers, provide sales opportunities, and coordinate with staff while handling paperwork daily. Company-paid license training and a clear advancement path are offered, plus a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Service residential accounts by pest control and lawn care.
• Inspect structures to assess infestations and damage.
• Create diagrams of infestations and locations.
• Discuss work with customers and discuss sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with department staff and submit paperwork daily.
• Manage costs, crew time, and scheduling of work.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle in safe condition.
