Job summary

Clark Pest Control is seeking a Pest Service Technician to service residential accounts in the Nevada/California region. You will inspect homes, identify pests, and provide on-site treatments while promoting customer safety and satisfaction.

The role includes on-the-job training, licensing support, and a company vehicle. No experience is required, and a valid driver's license is essential to perform field duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Control pests, weeds, lawn fertilization, tree/shrub care on-site for residential accounts.
• Inspect residential structures to determine presence of pests and severity of infestations.
• Create diagrams and graphs indicating infestation type, degree, and location.
• Discuss work with customers and provide sales solicitations.
• Coordinate activities with department staff and submit paperwork and collections daily.
• Perform admin tasks including ordering equipment, compiling reports, and calling clients.
• Determine costs, estimate crew time, and schedule work.
• Receive and account for company funds.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle in clean, safe condition.
