Clark Pest Control is seeking a Pest Service Technician to protect homes and their environments from pests in Fresno, CA. You will service residential accounts, inspect structures, and present treatment plans with customers, while maintaining equipment and coordinating with the branch team.

The role offers paid pest license and renewal, a company vehicle, and on‑the‑job training with advancement opportunities. No prior experience is required beyond a valid license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Control pests, weeds, and lawn care on residential accounts.
• Inspect residential structures to assess pests and damage.
• Create diagrams indicating infestation type, degree, and location.
• Discuss work with customers and provide sales solicitations.
• Coordinate with branches and submit daily paperwork and collections.
• Perform admin tasks, order equipment, and report results.
• Determine costs, estimate crew time, and schedule work.
• Receive and account for company funds collected during business activities.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle in clean, safe condition.
