Job summary

Terminix in Georgia seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers and to be the face of our national brand in the local community. You’ll assess customer needs and propose solutions using product knowledge to protect homes and families.

Ideal candidates have strong sales and customer-service skills, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and are willing to travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• A valid driver's license (required).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs; sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Document home layout and challenges in Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities and support installations.
