Job summary

Rentokil Initial in the United States seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services and products. You will assess customer needs, consult with clients, and generate proposals to resolve issues while expanding service offerings.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 100%. You’ll work with the branch team to meet targets and deliver excellent customer service, using the company CRM for daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and propose enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations for quality work.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
