Job summary

Pointe Pest Control is seeking a Field Manager to lead day-to-day pest control operations in Albany, OR. This salaried position supports the Service Manager, oversees technicians in the field, and helps optimize routes and service quality.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service with supervisory experience, a valid pest control license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years’ customer service experience & supervisory experience is preferred.
• Licensed in appropriate pest control categories and states.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass Background check, drug screening.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to perform physical aspects of the job (lift 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Support Service Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Fill in for absent Technicians by servicing customer accounts. Spend at least 50% of your time in the field evaluating Technician service quality or performing service when demand exceeds available resources.
• With guidance from Service Manager, achieve and maintain proficiency in all aspects of Service Manager duties including payroll, inventory, and staffing.
• Ensure professional appearance and positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Promote an “All Star” technician team and ensure safety with PPE and equipment.
• Maintain fleet and vehicle inspections; manage inventory levels.
• Support route management to increase recurring services and retention; coach technicians.
