Job summary

American Infrastructure Maintenance Management, LLC. is seeking a Permit Coordinator QC Manager to oversee the permit process, inspections, and FDOT compliance across Florida projects.

You will research, prepare, submit permit applications, review regulations, and track progress while visiting sites to inspect construction and photograph findings. This role emphasizes quality control, documentation, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administration experience, preferably in maintenance management/inspections/public works.
• Must become Intermediate MOT certified within 90 days after acceptance of employment, paid by AIMM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Utility Permits ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Develop and maintain a Permit Inspection Plan detailing the inspection process.
• Assist and coordinate with supervisors in Access and Drainage Permits and related processes.
• Attend meetings representing AIMM on FDOT projects and coordinate communications.
• Inspect all construction activities from approved permits and document findings with photos.
• Ensure adherence to permit requirements and safety standards; perform routine site inspections.
• Assist with miscellaneous permits such as temporary road closures and landscaping.
• Oversee the project quality control plan and archive files in EDMS.
• Coordinate MMOA monthly updates and agency submissions.
• Maintain an Excel spreadsheet for all permit activities.
• Support the project managers with various duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
