Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
• Support monthly union trust fund reporting and assist with audits.
• Partner with HR to update payroll systems as per collective bargaining agreements.
• Review payroll activities for accuracy and compliance.
• Administer payroll-related transactions and ensure legal compliance.
• Analyze payroll reports to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally.
• Perform administrative tasks to support payroll operations.
