Job summary

Opus in Lombard, IL is hiring an Industry Partnership Manager to prospect partner locations for the Illinois Air Team Test & Repair and Self-Service Kiosk programs, building relationships and ensuring contract compliance and operational efficiency. Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience; B2B experience; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent verbal and written communication; strong multitasking and organizational skills; independent with minimal supervision; leadership or supervisory experience 2-5 years; valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Generate leads via outbound calling, email, and prospecting within the assigned territory
• Identify businesses and locations that meet program needs and ensure contract and operational compliance
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention and high performance of partner locations
• Monitor and maintain performance and quality standards of partner locations and sites
• Visit facilities to provide direction and coaching, perform site evaluations, and manage documentation
