RV Glass Experts in Oregon is seeking a part-time Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a commercial sales territory covering Corvallis, Eugene, Roseburg and nearby communities. This is field-based, not desk-bound, requiring you to meet customers, uncover opportunities, and drive business.

You will represent our auto glass services and glass products to dealerships, body shops, fleets, insurers, and other commercial clients, building relationships, closing deals, and delivering responsive

Formación

• 5+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Ability to prospect, develop relationships, negotiate, and close business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and communicate technical information.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
• Professional presence and ethical business practices.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Hunt for new business and consistently prospect to grow commercial accounts in Corvallis, Eugene and Roseburg.
• Close deals and build a strong book of business across the territory.
• Own your territory by planning your schedule and prioritizing accounts.
• Build relationships with dealerships, body shops, fleets, insurers, and other commercial customers.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities within current relationships.
• Sell mobile auto glass installation services and glass products to commercial clients.
• Meet customers face-to-face with compelling sales presentations and solutions.
• Follow through with leads, opportunities, visits, and timely follow-ups.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness to customers.
• Track opportunities and document activity throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with leadership to review opportunities and territory strategy.
