Stark Exterminators is seeking a motivated, full-time Outside Sales Representative / Commercial Evaluator to serve commercial accounts. You will wake up eager to meet new clients and enjoy being out and about, rather than desk work. A company vehicle and robust benefits are provided.

You will survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options, perform property inspections, and use our sales process to provide solutions and close deals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Physical ability to stand and crawl in spaces in various weather conditions.
• Customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting and selling services.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform property inspections to assess pest prevention needs.
• Use our sales process to offer solutions and close deals.
• Build rapport with prospective commercial customers and schedule follow-ups.
