Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the United States, with a role focused on face-to-face customer engagement and expansion of our high-speed data and communication services. You will drive new business, deliver tailored proposals, and manage the sales cycle from lead to order.

The position emphasizes outdoor fieldwork with minimal office time, strong targets, and a compensation package that can exceed six figures with incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written English abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills for needs-based sales.
• Ability to travel locally to assigned territories and regions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through assigned leads and in-person visits.
• Conduct needs analyses and tailor Spectrum solutions to customer requirements.
• Present compelling proposals and complete sales documentation accurately.
• Participate in meetings and training to support team goals.
• Meet monthly targets across Spectrum services and solutions.
• Monitor competitors and relay market information to management.
