Job summary

Easy Wireless is expanding its outreach team to serve rural communities by helping eligible individuals connect with free Lifeline service. As an Outreach Specialist, you will represent us at local locations, qualify applicants, enroll them electronically, and assist with device setup.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

As an Outreach Specialist, you'll work directly in rural communities, helping eligible individuals connect with free wireless service through the Lifeline Program. Every day brings a new location, new customers, and new opportunities to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Represent Easy Wireless at community outreach locations throughout your assigned territory.
• Engage prospective customers and explain available Lifeline services.
• Qualify applicants and complete electronic enrollments.
• Activate devices and assist new customers with basic setup.
• Set up and maintain professional outreach locations using company-provided equipment.
• Build relationships within the communities you serve.
• Meet and maintain established performance standards while providing outstanding customer service.
