Job summary

Stefanini Group seeks a Field Outreach Specialist in South Plainfield, NJ to support construction project public affairs and outreach efforts. The role involves delivering door hangers and letters, coordinating field activities, and maintaining outreach data across multiple municipalities.

You will walk long distances daily and deliver hundreds of hangers; a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR are required. Mileage and gas are reimbursed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in business or communications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; general PC skills.
• Knowledge of campaign canvassing and door-to-door delivery; able to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field outreach to notify customers and businesses of construction impacts; set weekly schedules.
• Maintain safety and communication logistics for field outreach; adjust for field conditions.
• Track outreach data: routes, businesses/homes contacted, facilities identified, issues needing PAS attention.
• Manage inventory of outreach materials and track expenditures.
• Develop and analyze operational reports and ad-hoc reports; support construction website updates.
