Qualifications

• Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline with documented results.
• Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule with high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12–15 drop-in per day, targeting 8–10 meaningful referral contacts.
• Submit new clients to intake teams and monitor the pipeline.
• Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases, serving as liaison.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools and community organizations.
• Report weekly on outreach activity and conversion metrics.
