Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition.
• Ability to manage a sales or referral pipeline independently.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit new clients to intake teams and monitor the pipeline.
• Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases as liaison between staff and headquarters.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools and community organizations.
• Report weekly on outreach activity and conversion metrics.
