Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, safety rules, and procedures.
• Basic mathematical skills (e.g., measurements, percentages, calculations).
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Valid driver's license and passport required.
• Ability to travel approximately 70% (domestic and/or international).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates core competencies: action oriented, change champion, customer focused, developing self & others, and ownership.
• Assist in maintenance, repair, and replacement of turbine generator components.
• Support alignment of turbine combustors and components (e.g., blade rings, seal housings, transitions).
• Assist with rigging activities, including heavy lifts and turbine rotor removal/installation.
• Support coupling alignment on rotating equipment and turbine generators.
• Follow safety, quality, and material control procedures during inspections and maintenance activities.
• Assist with removal and installation of turbine blades and vane segments.
• Use precision measuring equipment to support data interpretation.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Follow crane safety practices and proper lifting procedures.
• Maintain tool inventory and communicate reordering needs.
• Provide feedback to support tooling and process improvements.
• Support 24/7 service operations as needed.
• Travel extensively (approximately 70%) to support field service work.
