Job summary

Pearce is a leading provider of asset management solutions for critical infrastructure across North America. The OSP Inspector role focuses on maintaining regulatory and client standards through field inspections of underground, buried, and aerial plant facilities.

You will audit contractor work, document findings, and collaborate with client and vendor teams to ensure project success. Requires experience with NESC and OSP standards, strong communication, and the ability to travel, with a base

Qualifications

• Must live within 60 miles of Springfield, Oregon and be willing to travel.
• Experience with NESC inspections or aerial line crews is required.
• Familiarity with OSP Construction Standards and NESC basics.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Outlook and mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of underground, buried, and aerial plant facilities.
• Audit, verify contractor work, and document findings electronically.
• Use mapping/GPS to locate and verify infrastructure.
• Communicate with client and vendor management via email or phone.
• Travel to field sites and coordinate with crews to meet project goals.
• Maintain inspection records and handle travel mileage per policy.
