Job summary

Walman Optical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Account Manager to grow the Independent channel by building trusted relationships with practice owners, doctors, and staff. You will develop and execute sales strategies, communicate Walman programs, and drive top-line growth across assigned territories.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of account management or outside sales experience in optical or related field, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in account management or outside sales, preferably in optical.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive strategic selling.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies for independent channel.
