You will work with foremen, project managers, and operations leadership to gather requirements and deliver practical system improvements that boost visibility and productivity.

This role blends hands-on training, change management, and technical configuration in a field-operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in utility construction or field ops support.
• Experience gathering operational requirements and translating to solutions.
• Experience implementing field management or work management systems.
• Strong communication, training, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field and work management system deployments across divisions.
• Train, coach, and support field and office personnel.
• Gather requirements and design practical system improvements.
• Coordinate with operations, safety, and technology teams.
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
