Canteen, part of Compass Group USA, seeks an Operations Service Manager for the Sheboygan area. This hands-on leadership role guides the branch's route driver team, ensuring exceptional service to clients across vending and micro markets.

You will spend significant time in the field, coaching, training, and maintaining safety and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in route-based operations leadership, strong communication, and a track record of developing frontline

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in route-based operations, delivery, logistics, or related environments.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop frontline employees.
• Strong leadership with accountability and positive relationships.
• Experience managing safety programs and operational standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to spend time in the field.

Responsibilities

• Leads, trains, coaches, and develops a team of route drivers to ensure high service, safety, and performance.
• Conducts ride-alongs, route observations, and performance discussions with drivers.
• Oversees onboarding, training, performance management, and hiring activities for drivers.
• Ensures safety/compliance training is current for all associates.
• Performs audits of locations for merchandising, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Partners with branch leadership to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions.
