Hydromax USA is hiring a Field Operations Manager in Houston to lead the Crossbore Team and oversee daily field activities. You will drive labor productivity, safety compliance, quality control, and performance metrics while coordinating with project managers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in field operations with leadership experience and a strong safety mindset. Expect travel and a competitive benefits package in a growing utility services company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in field operations with 1–2 years in management.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Field Operation Managers and Supervisors.
• Manage staffing, wages, hours, and contract labor to revenues.
• Partner with Project Manager on policies, budgets, and procedures.
• Develop and enforce operations systems, and ensure safety compliance.
