Job summary

Clean Harbors in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to direct employees and resources for field service operations including tank cleaning, decontamination and emergency response.

The role requires 3+ years in environmental field service operations, strong communication, and knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations with proficiency in Windows applications. On-call duties and driver supervision are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in environmental field service operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA/H&S standards and company policies.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Directs field service teams and resources to perform tank cleaning, decontamination, and emergency response.
• Manages Field Service Technicians and Drivers; acts as on-call coordinator as needed.
• Ensures safety compliance, equipment maintenance, and proper DOT logs via Samsara.
• Schedules daily field service work and coordinates with site stakeholders.
