Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Coordinator in Baton Rouge to direct field service operations, including tank cleaning, equipment decontamination and emergency response. You will oversee field service technicians and drivers, schedule work, and ensure safety compliance with OSHA/EPA standards while maintaining equipment and inventory.

The role requires strong communication and customer-service skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to adapt to changing field conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Clean Harbor Field Services and related regulations.
• 3+ years' experience in environmental field service operations.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and basic software tools.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills; ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting safely.
• Manages large scale field service and emergency response projects.
• Directs Field Service Technicians, Class A and B Drivers.
• Acts as on-call coordinator and ensures proper coverage.
• Maintains equipment, inventory, and inspections; ensures OSHA/EPA compliance.
