Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support daily field operations, keep precise workforce records, and coordinate manpower across sites. This role acts as a liaison between Field Operations leadership, HR, Payroll, Workforce Development, and Talent Acquisition to hire, train, and retain craft employees including Foremen and Journeymen.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze reports (attendance, manpower, workforce trends).
• Ensure data integrity across workforce tracking tools and platforms.
• Track required training for field leadership, including OSHA certifications.
• Monitor and maintain employee licensing compliance.
