Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support daily field operations by ensuring accurate workforce data, clear communication, and efficient manpower coordination. This role acts as a central liaison between Field Operations leadership, HR, Payroll, Workforce Development, and Talent Acquisition to support hiring, training, and retention of craft employees.

The position maintains workforce records, supports timekeeping, and helps leadership access real-time data to keep projects

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levels.
