Job summary

Pilot Water Solutions is seeking a Facility Operator to monitor, inspect, and ensure safety and operational excellence across disposals in the Permian/Delaware basins. The role covers areas near Wink, TX and surrounding towns, with on-call expectations and rotation through day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Oil and gas industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability to drive company vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with good time-management.
• Able to communicate respectfully and professionally across all staff levels.
• Punctual, reliable with good attendance.
• Able to work night shifts and rotate; on-call as needed.
• 3 years in oil and gas industry (preferred).
• Experience overseeing contract workers (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate the site’s automation system (SCADA) to monitor pressures, flow, and processes.
• Perform equipment maintenance and repairs, including fittings and hoses.
• Log documentation electronically as instructed.
• Conduct walk-through inspections for leaks and safety hazards.
• Complete a Job Safety Analysis each shift.
• Meet monthly KPA requirements with safety observations and truck inspections.
• Remain in the field during major events until relieved by Day Crew.
• Report issues to appropriate personnel for repairs; coordinate updates with Control Room.
