Job summary

PureWest Resources Inc. is seeking a Field Operator to manage a large well count on a team, using various equipment, compression and artificial lift. You will optimize wells and facilities to maximize production while leading safety and environmental practices.

The role currently follows a 8/6 schedule with 10-hour days. Responsibilities include inspections, data logging, periodic reporting, and facilitating maintenance with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in oil & gas preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspects equipment for safety, environmental, and operational issues and repairs as needed.
• Procures materials to complete daily tasks.
• Performs tests and sampling, maintains logs and reports daily results.
• Maintains records and prepare daily work reports.
• Operate and monitor field production equipment and optimize production.
