Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Operator, Field in Pinedale, WY to manage a large well count on a team, operate multiple equipment types, perform tests, and optimize production reliability while prioritizing safety and environmental excellence.

The role follows an 8/6 schedule with 10-hour days and includes a 10% night shift differential. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, maintaining logs, generating production reports, and coordinating daily work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in the oil & gas industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and general computer operations.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at one time.

Responsibilities

• Inspects equipment for safety, environmental, and operational problems, leaks, wear, and tear, and makes or recommends appropriate repairs.
• Procures necessary materials and supplies to complete daily tasks
• Turns bleeder valves or lowers sample container into tank to obtain oil sample.
• Retrieves and performs required tests for quality and integrity on product samples and meters.
• Maintains logs of repairs and adjustments made.
• Completes "Daily Work Requests Lists," and reports results to designated office by daily deadline.
• Reports all safety, environmental, and operational incidents to supervisor immediately
• Inspects equipment, pipelines, valves, fittings, and flanges to detect malfunctions, such as loose connections and leaks.
• Gauges tank containing petroleum and natural gas byproducts, such as condensate, oil, water.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Well optimization.
• Scheduling of swab and slickline work.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
