Job summary

PureWest Energy, LLC is seeking an Operator, Field to manage a large well count on a team, with various equipment types, compression, and lift systems. The role focuses on maximizing production reliability while upholding safety and environmental standards.

The position follows an 8/6 schedule with 10-hour days. Responsibilities include daily checks, safety device testing, and performing tests to determine production rates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in oil & gas preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment for safety and leaks and arrange repairs.
• Perform daily operational checks and test production rates.
• Maintain logs and daily work reports; complete required documents.
• Schedule swab and slickline work as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
