Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, seeks a Field Assistant Manager to support the Manager and OPC Specialists. You will develop teams, foster cohesion, and strengthen relationships with location staff to drive guest experiences.

The role emphasizes field leadership, training, and monitoring performance metrics, while ensuring brand standards and timely communications across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of OPC Specialists (approx. 1–10).
• Coordinate tour flows to optimize resort coverage.
• Monitor shifts and fill open slots.
• Ensure OPCs have brochures, signs, and I Love Orlando materials.
• Provide ongoing training to improve presentations and closing tactics.
• Maintain clean, well-marked booths and monitor for unauthorized materials.
