Job summary

Badger Meter, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, enforce safety protocols, and ensure high-quality customer service for clients in our Illinois facility.

The role includes onboarding and training new operators, managing shifts, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. A CDL is preferred, and prior experience in related industrial sectors is valued.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Experience in Vacuum, Pump Trucks, Commercial Underground Construction, Oil and Gas, Underground Utility, Waste, Equipment Rental, Trucking / Fleet Management.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Candidates will be required to successfully complete pre-employment screening, including criminal background check, MVR history, drug and alcohol test, and a physical (COT & Non-DOT).

• Oversee day-to-day operations and safety protocols.
• Onboard and train new operators.
• Provide customer service to clients.
