Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field or combined education/experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in rail or transit operations.
• Experience supervising front-line staff and coordinating field activities.
• Experience conducting ride checks, field observations, or incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-line rail operators across stations, yards, and trains to ensure safe service delivery.
• Monitor field conditions, document observations, and escalate issues to control centers.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and safety teams during service disruptions.
• Provide on-site coaching, safety reminders, and compliance feedback to staff.
