Job summary

Global Medical Response (GMR) seeks an Operations Supervisor Field in San Diego, CA. You will work with the Manager of Operations to ensure Support Services, Field Personnel, vehicles and equipment operate efficiently and in compliance with policies.

The role involves making managerial decisions and enforcing discipline as needed. Responsibilities include resolving field issues, EMS response, coordinating field teams, handling inquiries, scheduling changes, and ensuring safety and policy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• CA Paramedic Certification is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Paramedic.

Responsibilities

• Resolve field personnel issues regarding work assignments, vehicles, equipment, etc.
• Respond on an ambulance to meet EMS compliance and provide quality care.
• Coordinate teamwork between field crews to optimize operation and clinical performance.
• Investigate and resolve customer service inquiries related to field performance and patient care.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure ambulance standards are followed in the field.
