Job summary

Vale Concepts is seeking a Field Operations Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across our Mobile Matcha Bars in the Seattle area. You will serve as the primary field leader, coaching ambassadors, maintaining hospitality standards, and ensuring operational excellence during peak hours.

This hands-on role requires frequent travel between locations, staffing coordination, issue resolution, and empowering the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Own guest experience across Vale’s Matcha Bars during shifts.
