Vale Matcha, Seattle, is seeking a Logistics Shift Supervisor to lead a team of drivers, cart technicians, and logistics staff in person across the greater Seattle area. You will oversee daily operations, routes, and deployments for our fleet of beverage carts.

This leadership role requires coordinating two shifts, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring equipment readiness while delivering excellent service to customers in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading and managing hourly employees.
• Experience in a shift-based operation with two or more daily shifts.
• Ability to coordinate daily routes, deliveries, and service schedules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on the spot.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with good communication skills.
• Comfortable following processes and maintaining daily consistency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead drivers and coordinators during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate daily routes, deliveries, equipment deployment, drop-offs, pickups, and service schedules.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, productivity, and customer service.
• Assign work orders and prioritize maintenance and repair activities for beverage carts and related equipment.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily objectives, safety expectations, and updates.
• Ensure beverage carts are stocked, cleaned, sanitized, charged and operational before deployment.
• Verify carts comply with health regulations and SOPs.
• Monitor inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair documentation.
• Respond quickly to field emergencies, equipment failures, route disruptions, and customer concerns.
