Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking a Field Manager to oversee multiple communities, ensure job-site readiness and install quality standards across flooring projects. You will advise clients, coordinate with installers and administrative staff, and travel between sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the flooring industry, supervisory experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role requires field presence and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
• 5 years' experience in Tile, Carpet, Wood/LVP industry preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Ability to lift boxes or bags exceeding 50 lbs.
• Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with TCNA standards.
• Legal work authorization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Representing the company in the field to customers, upholding service and quality.
• Ensures efficient workflow in the field.
• Monitors homesite readiness using tracking system.
• Verifies quality and completion of installations, coordinates corrections with installer.
• Identify root causes for problems in the field.
• On-site contact for Builders to ensure satisfaction with field performance.
• Identify issues and develop field solutions.
• Ensure installers meet Just Floors and industry standards.
• Facilitate communication between Builders, Account Coordinators, Installers and Admin staff.
• Grow and nurture relationships with Builders.
• Perform site audits on installations using mobile auditing apps.
• Travel to job sites across the Just Floors area of operation.
• Inspect and report on quality and defects.
• Develop and implement solutions to problems.
