Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure materials are handled, transported, and applied safely and efficiently while upholding strict safety and operational standards.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field, communicating with management and the agricultural community to maintain compliance and high performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Prior supervisory experience in field operations preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment (wheel loaders, tractors, trucks) preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and enforce safety standards.
• Effective communication and coordination with teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and crew activities
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently by all crew members
• Monitor loading, hauling, and field application activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Enforce company safety protocols and operational guidelines at all times
• Train and support field employees on procedures and equipment operation
• Interact with members of the agricultural community, including farmers and landowners, in a professional and respectful manner
• Communicate daily operational updates, issues, or maintenance needs to management
• Coordinate equipment usage and report any repair or maintenance requirements
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports
• Ensure job sites and work areas remain clean, organized, and efficient
