Job summary

Advanced Residuals Management is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure safe, accurate handling and application of materials in agricultural settings.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to enforce safety standards, and effective communication with farmers and landowners, while maintaining detailed reports and working closely with management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior supervisory experience in field operations, construction, agriculture, or similar.
• Experience with heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, tractors and trucks preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge and/or equipment maintenance a plus.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to enforce safety standards and follow procedures.
• Clear communication with team and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and crew activities.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently by all crew members.
• Monitor loading, hauling, and field application activities for accuracy and compliance.
• Enforce company safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Train and support field employees on procedures and equipment operation.
• Interact professionally with farmers and landowners in the community.
• Communicate daily operational updates and maintenance needs to management.
• Coordinate equipment usage and report any repair needs.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and efficient.
