Job summary

Heluna Health is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Community Safety Ambassador Program in San Francisco. The role provides in-field supervision, shift planning, timesheet approval, and inventory management for Ambassador Teams deployed to commercial corridors, parks, and other high-need locations.

It is a temporary, grant-funded, full-time, on-site, benefitted position with a pay rate of 43.27 per hour. Under the supervision of the Program Manager and Chief Program Officer, you will lead

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associate degree with related experience in PEH or vulnerable populations.
• 5 years of work experience in a community outreach setting.
• 2 years of supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment of Ambassador Teams in assigned service areas.
• Maintain field presence and provide on-scene coaching and safety oversight.
• Promote Heluna Health and the Community Safety Ambassador Program values.
• Coordinate with partners and city stakeholders for service delivery.
• Lead staff development and supervision meetings; ensure compliance with policies.
