This entry‑level position emphasizes gaining experience in operations, service management, and vendor coordination under guidance from senior staff, with travel within the territory expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in field operations, service delivery, or contractor/vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in field reporting tools and performance tracking software.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain an active driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily service tasks to ensure quality standards.
• Resolve basic field service issues and report escalations.
• Document contractor performance and service completion metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding of service contractors and be a local contact for CPs & SPs.
• Support safety and appearance standards; participate in training events.
• Shadow ROM/Area Managers and build operational knowledge.
