Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking an Operations Support Superintendent to lead field teams delivering maintenance, automation, I&E, communications, and measurement services across South Texas assets. This role emphasizes safe, environmentally responsible, reliable, and cost-effective operations and treats field teams as internal customers.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree and at least 10 years in oil and gas ops, including 5 years in leadership.

Qualifications

Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and oil & gas experience.
Minimum of 10 years of oil and gas operations experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Demonstrated experience leading field-based technical or operational support teams.
Working knowledge of HES requirements, regulatory standards, and safe work practices.
Ability to travel throughout the South Texas area; outdoor work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide visible HES leadership and ensure safe, responsible work execution.
Lead field teams supporting maintenance, automation, I&E, communications, and measurement.
Partner with Operations to set priorities, resolve issues, and improve reliability.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors, aligning resources, schedules, and performance.
Manage staffing, budgets, work quality, and service delivery.
Develop team capability through coaching, performance management, and training.
