Job summary

Crescent Energy seeks a Measurements and Communications Foreman to lead field execution and daily support of measurement and communications systems across STX operations in Texas. You will oversee installation, maintenance, calibration, and regulatory compliance for measurement equipment and communication infrastructure, while guiding field technicians and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Field experience in oil/gas measurement and/or communications.
• Ability to supervise field crews and coordinate work.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field activities for gas/liquid measurement and communications.
• Supervise technicians and contractors during installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Coordinate work with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and vendors.
• Ensure calibration, inspection, and documentation are completed on schedule.
• Promote safety, housekeeping, and asset care across sites.
• Support commissioning and startup of new facilities.
• Review field docs, work orders, and drawings for accuracy.
• Travel frequently to field locations, with lifting equipment as needed.
• Provide coaching and direction to team members.
• Respond to field issues during after-hours calls.
